Calculations and pre-sizing
KonfigX configurators may include calculations for pre-sizing and plausibility checking. These results do not replace a structural safety certification. For components relevant to building approval or safety, certification by a qualified engineering firm is required. Responsibility for execution and approval lies with the client.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website. The Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) applies; for visitors from the EU, the GDPR is additionally taken into account. The controller is the person named in the legal notice above.
1. Server log files (hosting)
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is technically required for the secure operation of the website and is deleted after a short period.
2. Web analytics (GoatCounter)
We use the privacy-friendly service GoatCounter to measure site traffic. GoatCounter uses no cookies and creates no personal profiles. Only aggregated information is collected, such as the page visited, referrer, browser/operating system, screen size and country. IP addresses are not stored.
3. Embedded configurators (DynaMaker)
The live demos on this website only load once you open the respective demo page. A connection to DynaMaker servers (deployed.dynamaker.com) is established, which transmits your IP address.
Demo quote (pergola configurator): If you create a demo quote as a PDF, you enter your name, email address and optionally company, location and a note. In your browser, these details are passed to the embedded configurator, which builds the PDF that is saved on your device. KonfigX does not receive or store these details and does not send any emails. The quote is a non-binding sample document. Your configuration (measures, colour, options) is contained in the shareable link after the # character; this part of the address is not sent to servers.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, your details (name, company, email address, message) are used exclusively to process your enquiry and any follow-up questions, and are not shared without your consent. The contact form sends your details directly to us by email; nothing is stored in a database. A hidden field is used only for spam detection and is ignored when left blank.
5. Your rights
You have the right to information about the data processed about you, as well as to its correction or deletion. To exercise these rights, contact info@konfigx.ch.
