KonfigX configurators may include calculations for pre-sizing and plausibility checking. These results do not replace a structural safety certification. For components relevant to building approval or safety, certification by a qualified engineering firm is required. Responsibility for execution and approval lies with the client.

1. Server log files (hosting)
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is technically required for the secure operation of the website and is deleted after a short period.
2. Web analytics (GoatCounter)
We use the privacy-friendly service GoatCounter to measure site traffic. GoatCounter uses no cookies and creates no personal profiles. Only aggregated information is collected, such as the page visited, referrer, browser/operating system, screen size and country. IP addresses are not stored.
3. Embedded configurators (DynaMaker)
The live demos on this website only load after you click. When started, a connection to DynaMaker servers (deployed.dynamaker.com) is established, which transmits your IP address.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, your details (name, company, email address, message) are used exclusively to process your enquiry and any follow-up questions, and are not shared without your consent. The contact form sends your details directly to us by email; nothing is stored in a database. A hidden field is used only for spam detection and is ignored when left blank.
